The purpose of a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment, or Phase II ESA, is to further evaluate potential environmental concerns and/or liabilities identified during a Phase I ESA. Our environmental professionals will develop a site-specific scope of work and strategy dependant upon the identified area(s) of concern.
During a Phase II ESA, surface and subsurface soil and/or groundwater sampling may required. Soil and/or groundwater samples are collected and analyzed for multiple parameters in accordance with state and federal rules and regulations. Our team will comprehensively evaluate all findings and provide a detailed report with recommendations prior to the completed real estate transaction.
