Owner/Managing Member Professional Geoscientist

Mark S. Moore is a Professional Geologist with over 40 years of experience in geology, including more than 35 years in environmental consulting. He founded Approach Environmental, L.L.C. in 2008 to offer clients a more hands-on, practical approach to environmental solutions—rooted in technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and client-focused service.

Mark holds geology degrees from Louisiana Tech University, including a B.S. in Geology and an A.S. in Petroleum Engineering Technology, and is a licensed P.G. in Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana. His career has included roles as a Geologist, Project Manager, Vice President of Operations, Technical Division Manager, and Owner, with deep experience in site assessment, risk assessment, remediation, and environmental due diligence—particularly for oil and gas, real estate, and industrial clients.

Known for his integrity, dedication, and "can-do" attitude, Mark has worked across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and North Dakota, and has also served as an Expert Witness in environmental cases in Louisiana and Texas.
