Heather Bonnette brings over 25 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry, with a well-rounded background that spans field operations, litigation support, remediation, research, and business administration. Her deep understanding of both the technical and financial sides of environmental consulting uniquely qualifies her to serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Managing Member of Approach Environmental, L.L.C.

Since joining Approach, Heather has been instrumental in managing the company’s corporate accounting, Human Resources (HR), contract administration, job costing, invoicing, and state trust fund reimbursement programs. Her commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance has played a vital role in the company’s continued growth and stability.

In 2025, Heather became Co-Owner of Approach Environmental, continuing her leadership role with a focus on operational excellence and strategic financial management.
